Shipping and Returns

Deliveries usually take place within 5 working days of payment: weekends and holidays excluded (during the Christmas period and during sales/promotions, times may be longer). The cost of shipping to Italy is 7 euros, while for the rest of the world the rates may vary based on the territory.

As soon as the order is entrusted to the courier, you will receive an email with the details and instructions for tracking the delivery. The email may be sent 24 hours before your package is delivered. Your order can be delivered between 9am and 6.30pm and a recipient's signature will be required. We advise you to ensure that there is someone present at the address provided to collect the package. If you are not present when the courier passes by, a note will be left with the details to organize a new delivery.

In case of failure to collect within the deadline established by the carrier, the Products will be returned to Alfred Basha, who reserves the right to refund the price of the Products, leaving the shipping costs to be paid by the Customer.
In the event of an error inherent to the Product, the Customer undertakes to return said Product or Products affected to Alfred Basha within 15 days of receipt, provided that they are returned unopened, in their original condition and packaging with accompanying documents.

Once the Product has been received in the correct form and manner, Alfred Basha will return, at its own expense, the Product initially ordered.

Major force

The following cases are explicitly considered as cases of force majeure, in addition to those normally considered by jurisprudence:
– total or partial strikes, internal or external to the company, blocking of means of transport or supplies for any reason, governmental or legal restrictions, IT failures, blocking of telecommunications including networks and in particular the internet.

In case of force majeure, the execution of the order will be suspended, initially, by right.

If after a period of 3 (three) months, the parties note the persistence of the case of force majeure, the order will be automatically cancelled, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.

Customs charges

The payment of customs duties is the responsibility of the customer and their amount is calculated by the law in force in the country of destination of the shipment.

We are not aware of the amount of customs duties, which will instead be communicated to you by the courier once the shipment has reached its destination.

In the event that the charges are not paid and, for this reason, the shipment is refused or abandoned, the shipping costs and customs duties themselves will be deducted from the total amount of the order and only the difference will be refunded.

RETURNS

Right of withdrawal

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the shipment (the days will begin to be calculated based on proof of delivery). The products must be returned intact and with the appropriate guarantee seal applied to each item.

Make a return

Fill out the return request by entering the details of your order and wait for the authorization email.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as is the choice of carrier.

The responsibility for the delivery of the shipment lies with the customer.

Reception and management of returns

Each activity will be notified to you via email and you can follow it at the same time by accessing your reserved area.

We remind you that Hideout does not allow exchanges of goods but will refund the cost of returned items.

The refund will be made based on the payment method you used to complete the purchase no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the return.
